Tailor-made holidays
If you and family prefer to write your own itinerary, our professional travel consultants  will be happy to help you with whatever you might require. We understand that every family is unique and the specific needs must be listened. Together, we will discuss the places you have chosen, as well as the  accommodation and meals dependent on the size of your party, length of your trip, and budget level.

Booking

The reservation should be sent by fax, mail, e-mail, online via our website or you can come over our office to book your tour directly if it’s convenient for you.

The reservation is validated only if have you received a confirmation from Family Travel Vietnam and upon your payment of a deposit.
Amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed by www.familytravelvietnam.com
You should book as soon as possible because thanks to that, we can make a thoughtful arrangement and ensure you the best holiday.

Payment
You can pay by cash (USD, EUR, GBP, DONG, AUD), credit card or use bank transfer up to you. If you pay by credit card, please plus extra 2% (5% for Amex) for bank service charge and you must inform in advance.
We accept the payment via online payment systerm as OnePay, PayPal, Western Union or Moneygram.

Cancellation policy
As a rule, unless otherwise stated, all cancellation must be informed in writing by email, fax or urgent call.  Cancellations will be charged as follows:
More than one month prior to arrival: Free of charge ( except domestic flight ticket cancellation policy if  including in the tour )
- After our confirmation and purchased tickets or booking hotel’s room: 20% charge
- Between 15 to 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of total tour services reserved
- Between 8 to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of total tour services reserved
- Between 4 to 7 days prior to arrival or no show: 85% of total total services reserved
- From 3 days prior to arrival or no show: 100% of total room services reserved
- Some special cases: Please contact in urgent by email or phone

Children policy
For children between 2 to 10 years old, the following price policy applies:
Child in extra bed:       15% discount on total package
Child no bed:                30% discount on total package
Child in twin:                 10% discount on total package
For infant between 0-2 years old, the following policy applies:
No extra bed, no meals, no entrance. All services free, except air ticket (80% discount on adult fare)
For children from 11 years old, 100% of total package
These amounts can be changed depend on services

Limitation of liability
We cannot be held resonsible for any act or omission by any person not employed directly by us and whilst we have chosen our suppliers with care we have no control over our suppliers and so cannot be held responsible for any action or omission of our suppliers or their servants, agents or employees.

Refund and compensation
If you have any trouble with our services, staff, vehicles or something like that, please complain to us in 24 hours. We will try our best to deal with your problems and offer you the refund or compensation base on each circumstance. Any complaints after 24hours (from the time of problems) will not be handled.
We do not accept responsibility for any expenses or costs incurred by you as a result of the change and we do not accept responsibility for changes or cancellations that are due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, governmental action or accommodation ceasing to be available.

Note:
  • Information of accommodation, trains or flights needs to make a change up on service suppliers. If you have already booked we will let you know as soon as we can, if there is time before your departure. In the unlikely event that they have to make a major change or alteration to your booking, they will offer you the option of accepting the change and receiving an amount of refund of all monies paid to us in connection with the booking.

Customers’ info is used in following purposes:
Contact and discuss to customers about required services.
Provide services to the right people, right place and on time.
Notification of changes in schedule due to factors beyond the control objective through email, phone
Make registrations such as: checking in to hotels, cruises, …
Using customers’ information is an agreement between Family Travel Vietnam and customers. We do not sell it for third party or use for other purposes without customers’ permission.
We always aware that personal privacy is very important. Therefore, we continue to improve our system, apply the best technology to assure information security. Customers can see DMCA certificate right on this website.
