Up on arrival, you are welcome at Airport and will be transferred to your hotel in Hanoi for check in. And then enjoy water puppet show – the unique form of Vietnamese art derived from wet rice civilization of South East Asia. Have welcome dinner. Day 2: Hanoi City tour ( B/L )
Have breakfast at your hotel and then start to visit Hanoi city tour to visit:
West Lake &Tran Quoc Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh complex (outside of Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, One Pillar Pagoda, Museum of Ethnology
After lunch at a local restaurant, your family will visit Temple of Literature Hoan Kiem lake and Ngoc Son temple. O/N at hotel in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Trang An full day tour ( B/L )
8:00am leave the hotel at Hanoi. About 10:30am arrive at Hoa Lu Ancient Capital. In 968, Dinh Bo Linh declared himself as the King. Since then Hoa Lu existed as the capital for the next 41 years (968 – 1009), of which 12 years was under the Dinh dynasty – King Dinh Tien Hoang, the country named Dai Co Viet, and 29 years later was under the Le dynasty – King Le Dai Hanh. In 1010, King Ly Thai To moved the capital from Hoa Lu to Thang Long – present day Hanoi. Hoa Lu became the old citadel. In Hoa Lu there are now 2 temples have been built on the ground of the old royal palace, one is dedicated to King Dinh Tien Hoang, the other is to King Le Dai Hanh. The visit offers a chance to know more about part of feudal dynasties and historical periods in Vietnamese history.
An hour for lunch at local restaurant with local food.
After lunch, take the amazing boat trip to visit Trang An grottoes which is a gathering of 31 valleys, 50 cross-water caves, and home to 600 kinds of flora and over 200 kinds of fauna, many of them in the Red Book of Vietnam. While rowing through Trang An grotto in the quiet, fresh air of the highlands, with only the sound of birds and the oars stirring the clear water and surrounded by magnificent forested mountains upon which graze white goats, visitors enjoy a heaven on earth. The end of the day, drive back to Hanoi.
4:00pm leave Trang An and drive back to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi at 6:30pm. Finish unforgettable full day trip at your hotel in Hanoi! O/N at your hotel in Hanoi.
Day 4: Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise ( B/L/D)
You will cruise passing through the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons teeth. After lunch, you take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay, swimming on a quiet beach or sunbathing on the sundeck. In the late afternoon, at sunset, enjoy kayaking or simply take a small bamboo boat rowed by locals to discover a water cave with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon. Back on board, enjoy watching the peaceful sunset and later unwind at a restaurant. You will stay overnight onboard. Day 5: Halong – Lan Ha Bay (B/L/D)
Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt. After breakfast on board, transfer to a Day Boat for a cruise to Lan Ha Bay. You will explore the Light and Dark Cave by kayak. Swimming and relaxing at the beaches
Enjoy a barbecue lunch on board. Kayaking more to explore Lan Ha Bay or just leisure at the beaches. Afternoon, you will visit a floating Pearl Farm and learn the technique for making high quality pearls.
If the weather permits, we continue along to Three Peach Beach for swimming.
14h30 – 16h00 Cruise back to the main boat. Enjoy dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B/L)
Get up a little early to breath some fresh air. Have breakfast at sunrise and then explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave – the nicest cave in Halong Bay.
09h30 Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin. Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet, and more. While cruise is heading back to the harbor, watch the cooking demonstration before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12h00 – 12h30 Disembark your cruise and transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi city center.
16h30: Trip finishes at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. O/N at hotel in Hanoi. Day 7: Hanoi – fly to Hue ( B )

Ready at the lobby of hotel to be picked up by our driver and transfer to Noi Bai airport for a short flight to Hue.

You will be picked up from your hotel by your guide, who will take you down to the river for your cruise. Sail along the romantically named Perfume River, seeing Hue’s best-known religious sites, such as the Thien Mu Pagoda.
Continue your journey by land, visiting the Imperial Citadel, from where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945. See the Flag Tower, Noon Gate, 9 Dynastic Urns, 9 Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, and the Forbidden Purple City.
After a break for lunch, continue in the afternoon with a visit to one of the elaborate tombs of the emperors Tu Duc and Khai Dinh. The guided tour will give you a deep understanding about the king’s philosophy of geomancy, and how this affected royal life. If time is permitted, enjoy cylo to Dong Ba Market. O/N at hotel in Hue. Day 9: Hue - Da Nang - Hoi An (B/L)

Upon leaving Hue we drive south to Hoi An which was originally a Cham seaport but has been influenced down the centuries by a myriad of traders from various cultures. The scenic road is hugging the coastline before crossing over the winding Hai Van pass. A view from the top of the pass is one of Vietnam’s most impressive panoramic scenes. We stop en route to visit the Cham Museum in Da Nang City, the My Khe Beach and the Marble Mountain whose peaks represent the five elements of the universe. Accommodation at your hotel in Hoi An. Day 10: Hoi An tour (B/L)
After breakfast at a local restaurant, take a walking tour around this enchanting port town. Follow the narrow lanes lined with centuries-old houses influenced by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architectures and visit its numerous places of interest: the400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge, the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, the local fish market… The next tour is coming to the home of an artisan in the old streets. Here you will have a brief introduction to the history, shape, and color of the lanterns as well as the many stages of making them.
After that, you can make your own lantern, decorate, pack and keep it as a souvenir during the time in Hoi An. Have dinner by your account.

Today you will have free day for shopping, tailor made, relaxing in in Cua Dai Beach…

Visit Hoi An’s colourful market, and experience the amazing sights, sounds and aromas of this busy market. We will have the opportunity to interact with the local sellers and learn about all the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later.
We board the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River to the Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a chance to view local river life, so make sure your camera is handy.
On arrival, we explore the cooking school’s herb garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – the Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration). After the lesson, we sit down and eat what we have cooked.
Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy free use of our 20 metre swimming pool - towels and showers provided. Day 13: Hoi An – Danang- Fly to Ho Chi Minh city (B)

The sightseeing tour of Ho Chi Minh City begins with a visit to the Reunification Palace which was the former residence of the President of South Vietnam until end of April 1975. Close to the palace are some striking French colonial structures including the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Old Sai Gon Post Office. We also visit the Chinatown and have lunch.
We then transfer the Cu Chi Tunnels. An incredible underground network of approximately 200 km constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. The tunnels contained hospitals, plus accommodation and schools and were used as a military base for the Viet Cong in the American war. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City. Day 15: Ho Chi Minh – Vinh Long – homestay ( B/L)
8.00AM: Pick up from hotel in Saigon and transfer to Vinh Long – Can Tho.
The program will start with a visit of Vinhlong market in the town. This is the best choice for you to take pictures of fish, shrimps, prawns, crabs, snakes, rice-field rats, tropical fruits, vegetable...
The boat of Mekong Travel will take you to visit the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries from clay. Then, we visit nursery garden for you to contact the real famous farmers – Mr Tiger or his son who is very successful in Vietnam agriculture. We will enjoy some kinds of fruits from his garden & homemade rice wine
The rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals and to enjoy the peaceful time. It is so interesting to see traditional houses made of wood and palm tree leaves and see some activities of the local farmers with an opportunity to make contacts with them and see how they catch fish...
Have some fruits and tea when enjoying the traditional music at Ut Trinh home.

One more thing to do in this trip is biking ! It will be so amazing to bike on village paths to see the local farms, houses, real life and the ancestral ways to pick up fruits in Mekong Delta..
Cooking some dishes with the owners. We enjoy diner and have cup of tea or rice wine. Also, you can ask the locals about the culture, people, history of this Island. They do not mind to answer some personal questions.

Have breakfast and have a boat trip to Cai Be colorful floating market cruising among local barges full of fruits and vegetables.
Then, an optional stop can be made at local workshops where you can see how to make rice paper, coconut candy and pop-rice, pop-corn ...
It is so interesting to visit the handicraft village where you can see how they make some special products: making rice-net for spring-rolls, fish sauce & Soya sauce, cooking salt, sewing coconut-leaves for cottage roof...The cruise will end at Cai Be town. And then our car pick up again and transfer back to Ho Chi Minh city. Day 17: Saigon free day ( B )

Day 18: Ho Chi Minh – fly to Phu Quoc( B )
